Job Summary

The Strategic Development Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development Lead and the Market Planning Specialist to create the OOH communication strategy for clients, based on the unique objectives & goals and generate an OOH media plan & economic proposal by leveraging the companies’ resources, tools & technology. The Strategic Development Manager has experience in the marketing/ communications/advertising industry (preferably in OOH) and has a full understanding of the advertising industry
ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to work closely with internal & external stakeholders across different regions in the US and abroad. The Strategic Development Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and indirectly to the manager in the client service center, this person will be capable of identifying & managing unforeseen situations and evaluate and implement solutions, based on the experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate the assigned advertising brief with the Business Development and Market Planning Specialist and apply company planning tools to create a comprehensive Media Proposal based on customers advertising objectives.
• Work with the Market Planning Specialist to develop the related economic proposal considering clients campaign goals, media budgets and optimize media strategy and margins.
• Engage with the finance department to obtain financial cost analyst, tax information and exchange rates if applicable.
• Work directly with the Business Development Lead to confirm that the proposal fits customer needs and /or requires adjustment.
• Closely work with Market Planning Specialist to identify advertising buying trends, media vendor discount opportunities, and promotions to offer clients.
• Offer insight to identify opportunities for growth with existing clients.
